- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to introduce TruLaboratories' innovative product suite.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer challenges and business objectives.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions that address specific client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu City, Philippines.
