Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximize revenue per client.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on results.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
