Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive networking and market research.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Highly developed negotiation and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding performance benchmarks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
