Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions
- Drive sales of medical products and equipment through targeted outreach and demonstrations
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare products and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
