Tanggung Jawab

  • Present and demonstrate our full range of medical instrumentation to doctors, hospitals, and clinical laboratories.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation to final closing and contract negotiation.
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure client satisfaction and product efficacy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical devices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and product demos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software for tracking sales activities.
