Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate our full range of medical instrumentation to doctors, hospitals, and clinical laboratories.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation to final closing and contract negotiation.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure client satisfaction and product efficacy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical devices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and product demos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to ethical sales practices.
