- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
