As a Sales Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities. You will serve as a key link between our company and our clients, ensuring that our service delivery meets market demands. Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads to expand our market share in the energy sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and timely service delivery.
- Support the finance department by monitoring and facilitating the collection process for assigned accounts.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the oil or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
