Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the agricultural sector? Zoomlion, a global leader in high-end equipment manufacturing, is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist for Agri Machinery to lead our market expansion efforts across Indonesia. Based in Pontianak, you will be the face of our brand, driving strategic growth and helping local farmers and agribusinesses modernize their operations with our world-class machinery.

In this role, you will be responsible for mapping new territories, cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering expert product demonstrations. We are looking for a results-oriented hunter who understands the unique challenges of the Indonesian agricultural market and possesses the tenacity to build our presence from the ground up.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets across Indonesia.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, including large-scale plantations, agricultural cooperatives, and independent farmers.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide technical insights into Zoomlion machinery.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure all CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and manage the end-to-end purchasing journey for clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure seamless machinery installation and after-sales service.
  • Provide detailed market analysis and competitor intelligence to the regional management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment or agricultural machinery sales.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and market development.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian agricultural sector, particularly in the Kalimantan region.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
  • Ability to travel frequently across provinces to visit client sites and conduct fieldwork.
