- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations
- Negotiate terms and close real estate deals efficiently
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends and property values in Metro Manila
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2.5 years proven experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or B2B sales
- Strong background in cold calling and telemarketing techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Metro Manila real estate market preferred
- Professional demeanor with strong work ethic and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
