- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within targeted markets, expanding our customer base for botanical products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored botanical solutions.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and quality of BOEMI Botanicals Bali's offerings.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful deal closure, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate insightful reports.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to develop engaging sales materials and execute successful campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, or botanical product industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, highly results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- A quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.
