  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within targeted markets, expanding our customer base for botanical products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored botanical solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and quality of BOEMI Botanicals Bali's offerings.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful deal closure, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to develop engaging sales materials and execute successful campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, or botanical product industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
