- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers
- Secure repeat business and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Present products/services and negotiate contracts with clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop regional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in distributor/dealer networks
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Bulacan/Nueva Ecija market landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
