Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and retailers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for designated product portfolios.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and drive brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- With at least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cebuano/Filipino.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Must be willing to work in or relocate to Talisay City, Cebu.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a willingness to do fieldwork.
