Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or industrial supplies industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a results-driven environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
