Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors in Negros Occidental.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and presentation to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations to demonstrate the value and technical advantages of our construction materials.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management.
- Collaborate with the internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, building materials, or real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is highly preferred.
