Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our electroplating market share in Indonesia.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential industrial clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs for management review.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific electroplating needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to achieve profitability goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations in the electroplating field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of the electroplating industry or metal finishing processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a wide range of client accounts.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
