Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach and lead generation.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into value-driven solutions for diverse client portfolios.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in alignment with company targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Driven, proactive, and resilient mindset with a hunger to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and present them in a clear, persuasive manner.
