Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain client relationships in the flavor and fragrance sector across Karawang and surrounding regions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market research and networking
- Present technical product solutions and close sales deals for flavor and fragrance ingredients
- Collaborate with R&D to understand product applications and deliver client-specific formulations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and territory management plans
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or flavor/fragrance industry
- Strong technical aptitude to understand flavor chemistry and fragrance applications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to travel within the Karawang industrial area and beyond as required
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
