Tanggung Jawab
- Spare parts, lubricants, and tire sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive workshops and retail clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive sales, preferably spare parts/lubricants
- Deep understanding of fast-moving automotive products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
