- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and agricultural sectors.
- Conduct thorough site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable heavy equipment solutions.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-purchase.
- Track daily sales activities and report progress to the management team regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, or automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals consistently.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory for field mobility.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work and client meetings.
