Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and agricultural sectors.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable heavy equipment solutions.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-purchase.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals consistently.
  • Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory for field mobility.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work and client meetings.
