Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth for High Voltage products and solutions across assigned territory
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industrial clients and EPC contractors
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and solution presentations to diverse stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for complex client requirements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Ensure compliance with tender processes and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in energy or electrical equipment
- Deep understanding of High Voltage systems, transmission/distribution networks, and substation solutions
- Proven track record in developing client relationships and closing B2B deals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and client needs
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency considered advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
