Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets in the mining sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including mine operators, contractors, and procurement managers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process, from prospecting new leads and conducting site visits to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to keep management informed of progress.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipment industry.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients.
- Driving License: Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for frequent travel to various mine sites.
- Availability: Willingness to travel extensively within Central Kalimantan and work flexible hours when necessary.
