We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Specialist for the Itel brand in Pekanbaru, Riau. As an Itel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our network of distributors and retail partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales of Itel mobile devices in the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide support to improve product visibility and merchandising standards.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels at partner outlets and coordinate timely stock replenishments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Itel smartphones.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to the regional sales team to inform product and marketing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Familiarity with the mobile phone technology market and consumer electronics.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable.
