Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic centers, and university laboratories.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical consultations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support the management team's strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide comprehensive solutions for client requirements.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote company brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the laboratory or medical equipment sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel for client visits.
