Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for live poultry products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, pricing, and order processing.
- Manage and coordinate incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment to customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales area and display products attractively to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and stock rotation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Familiarity with live poultry or agricultural products is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
