Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the FMCG industry? Indofresh, a leader in fresh produce and consumer goods, is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our expanding team in Makassar. This is a strategic role designed for an individual who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and mastering the nuances of Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.

As our Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Indofresh in the Makassar region. You will take ownership of your territory, ensuring that our products reach the right shelves and that our brand presence remains dominant. If you are a results-oriented negotiator with a track record of exceeding KPIs, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across MT and GT channels in Makassar.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and shelf availability.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional programs with retailers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of Makassar’s retail landscape and distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data analysis).
  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Own a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned region.
