- Identify and develop new market opportunities across Indonesia with focus on Kalimantan region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Present and promote Zoomlion's products/services to potential clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong market development and business planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
