Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for prefabricated modular pods in Jakarta metropolitan area
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-value clients in construction, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting technical specifications and competitive advantages
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve client inquiries and optimize solution designs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM system and provide regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction, real estate, or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with demonstrated quota achievement
- Strong technical aptitude to understand modular construction systems and building codes
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
