Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for SAFL products in Jakarta territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key industry clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
  • Provide technical product knowledge and solutions-based selling to client inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction chemicals or industrial products
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude to understand product applications and industry requirements
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client visits
