Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities across the East Kalimantan region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the construction and engineering sectors.
- Present product demonstrations and technical proposals to clients, highlighting the unique benefits of Zoomlion machinery.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
- Represent Zoomlion at industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the construction industry landscape in Indonesia is a plus.
