- Assist walk-in clients by providing expert product advice and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Effectively promote and explain the features, benefits, and applications of our flooring products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment to enhance customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with potential buyers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
