Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for TECNO products in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective account management
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns in local markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in technology or consumer electronics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Kalimantan region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
