We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with a dual focus on sales execution and marketing strategy for our cutting-edge display technology portfolio. This unique role requires a professional who can drive revenue growth while developing innovative marketing initiatives for Video Walls, Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Smart Displays, and Digital Signage solutions. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses communicate through visual technology, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored display solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with persuasive selling skills to position Harrisma as a leader in Indonesia's rapidly evolving digital signage market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Video Wall, IFP, Smart Display, and Digital Signage markets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote display technology solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for key clients
- Analyze market trends to refine product positioning and competitive strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral
- Maintain CRM systems and track sales performance metrics
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing of display technology or AV solutions
- Deep knowledge of Video Wall, IFP, Smart Display, and Digital Signage ecosystems
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex technology
- Experience developing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
