Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and demonstrate features to customers
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure excellent checkout experiences
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and merchandising
- Track sales data and contribute to weekly performance reports
- Uphold company standards for customer service and store presentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/vocational graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to undergo product training
