Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Present product/service offerings to clients with persuasive communication techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client needs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
