Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Actively promote and sell hardware products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store’s inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Process customer transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Assist in receiving and stocking new shipments of merchandise.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate; college units in Business Administration or Marketing are a plus.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing, walking).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Resident of Bacolod City or nearby areas.
