We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Staff to join our team and help drive our market presence. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service and product expertise. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail, possess a strong sales drive, and want to grow within a professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales activities and strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering expert product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotions, events, and seasonal displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or needs to the management team.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and efficient store operation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in sports and outdoor products.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
