Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the technical advantages of Coherent's solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in Engineering, Physics, or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing, technology, or engineering sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation are preferred.
