Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing retail outlets and acquire new business accounts within the Samarinda area.
- Implement trade marketing programs and promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure proper display and availability of both alcohol and non-alcohol product lines at all retail points.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit logs, and inventory updates for the management team.
- Coordinate with the delivery and logistics department to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales or related distribution industries.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Result-oriented, high integrity, and able to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with the Samarinda area and its retail landscape is highly preferred.
