Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales plans and promotional campaigns aligned with company strategy
- Conduct trade marketing activities to enhance product visibility and distribution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure optimal product display and merchandising in assigned territories
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Makassar
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools
- Proven track record in client relationship management
