Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client portfolio in Surabaya.
  • Actively prospect and identify new B2B opportunities for vehicle rental services (with or without driver).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate service contracts to meet company revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the transport, logistics, or automotive rental industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the Surabaya business landscape and professional networking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and preferably own a private vehicle.
