VIVERE Group is a market leader in the interior, furniture, and building materials industry in Indonesia. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Staff to join our distribution division in Tasikmalaya. This is a strategic role focused on expanding our market footprint and delivering high-quality building material solutions to our growing client base.

As a Sales Staff, you will be the face of VIVERE Group in the region, bridging the gap between our premium products and local market needs. We provide a dynamic work environment where initiative is rewarded and career growth is encouraged. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the Tasikmalaya area to increase distribution volume.
  • Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, building material stores, and contractors.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct regular site visits and market surveys to stay ahead of competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical benefits of VIVERE Group's building material products to potential buyers.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiation, order processing, and ensuring timely payment collections.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in sales, specifically within building materials, distribution, or the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
  • Deep familiarity with the Tasikmalaya geographical area and its business landscape.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for daily field activities.
  • Proficiency in using basic sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
