Join PT Procoat Energi Baru as a Sales Staff (Canvasser) and become a key driver in expanding our JOS Group product presence across retail channels. This dynamic role requires you to actively canvass and promote our premium products directly to retail customers, building material stores, paint shops, sub-agents, and distributors. You'll be the face of our brand, conducting engaging product demonstrations and explaining key features that solve customer needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively canvass and promote JOS Group products to retail customers, building stores, paint shops, sub-agents, and distributors
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage applications
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotional strategies for assigned territories
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction data
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales, canvassing, or retail promotions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
