Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new clients in the chemical manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
- Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and product presentations
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical trading
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
