We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Staff (HORECA - F&B) to join PT Liandra Pangan Jaya. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving revenue growth within the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. You will play a critical role in expanding our market share by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term business success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry. You will be tasked with executing sales strategies, visiting client sites, and presenting our high-quality products to decision-makers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and approach potential HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase our F&B offerings.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to secure new business deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the F&B or HORECA industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client types.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Valid driving license is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
