Tanggung Jawab
- Promote hotel rooms, events, and banquet services through direct sales channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations for corporate and individual clients
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building expertise
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market
- Knowledge of Pasay City and Metro Manila business landscape
