We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our company and our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
As our Sales Staff, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective relationship management. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment where your ability to articulate our product value in Mandarin will be key to your success. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing international clients, specifically targeting the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and order processing to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities for our fishery products.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and client meetings as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the FMCG or food/fishery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara and travel for business if necessary.
