Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage and build rapport with Mandarin-speaking clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management team.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers with high professionalism.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the region.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Provide regular sales reporting, market analysis, and feedback to the head office.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must possess fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) to facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Timur.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM software is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with excellent Mandarin proficiency are encouraged to apply.
