Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the manufacturing and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
- Present and demonstrate metal fabrication products and services to clients, highlighting technical specifications and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sales, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and contracts, ensuring all details are reviewed and approved.
- Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality assurance.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on market trends and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the metal fabrication, manufacturing, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites and factories.
