Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom to understand their interior design needs and product preferences.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and expert advice on VIVERE’s high-quality collections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory accuracy to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions, handle payments, and manage documentation accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and existing clients to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Professional appearance, energetic personality, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per the retail roster.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
