Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professional product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert advice on furniture selection, interior styling, and product specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics, ensuring all displays meet VIVERE Group's high standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer database records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, furniture, or hospitality sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong passion for interior design and home lifestyle products.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and service-minded personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
